The 29th Curb in Ivoti starts this Thursday (18th) and continues until January 23rd in the city of flowers. With decoration inspired by the colors of the German flag, Ivoti gets into the spirit of the party that will be held at Praça Concórdia and Sociedade Harmonia. Entry is free and, throughout the six days of festivities, more than 10 attractions take to the stage to further entertain visitors.
The activities are aimed at the whole family, with programs for children and adults. Until the 23rd, names like Rainha Musical, Banda Passarela, Brilha Som Banda Choppão and Musical JM will take the stage.
Thursday (18)
The program starts in the morning, with a visit by the Official Delegation to the businesses registered in the Curb Showcase competition, at 8am. At Praça Concórdia, at 7:30 pm, the official opening of the 29th Curb in Ivoti takes place. The launch is open to the entire community and features a presentation by Marcelo Serra. Next, the Banda Corpo e Alma, from the hit “Perigosa e linda”, will perform the show.
Friday (19)
For the 20 businesses in the city registered in the showcase competition, Friday (19) will be special, as it is the day on which the prizes are handed out to the winners, at 9 am. At 6pm, it will be the bars’ turn to receive a visit from the Official Delegation.
During the night, the list of musical attractions will be full of good names, opening with DJ Maicon M and followed by Bibiana Bolacell. As usual, the band Rainha Musical is also confirmed. The owners of the hit song “Nananapo” will take the stage at 10:30 pm.
Saturday (20)
The traditional and long-awaited kerbwagen parade will take place on Saturday (20), at 3:30 pm, and will parade through the city’s streets. But before that, in the morning, at 9 am, the nursing homes and markets will receive a visit from the Official Kerb Delegation, accompanied by a typical band.
At Praça Concórdia, at 3pm, the musical shows begin. Grupo Festerê, Glê Duran, Banda Passarela and Brilha Som are part of the day’s attractions. At Sociedade de Canto Harmonia, at 10:30 pm, the Young Curb takes place. The activity is organized by the society and has an entry fee of R$20.
Domingo (21)
With the participation of kings and queens, Sunday (21) begins with a mass in the Catholic Church and a service in the Evangelical Church of Lutheran Confession. Afterwards, the court continues for more visits to festive houses
Meanwhile, at Praça Concórdia, Curb Cultural will entertain the public, from 9am to 1pm. There will be typical bands, sales of colonial products and typical foods.
From 2pm to 10pm, the bands Musical JM, Porto do Som, Pandora and Choppão will bring joy and lots of music to Curb in Ivoti. The shows are held at Praça Concórdia.
Monday and Tuesday (22nd and 23rd)
On Monday (22), Curb will be aimed at children and the elderly. The Senior Dance will be at Sociedade de Canto Harmonia, at 1pm. Curb Infantil, new for this edition, takes place from 6pm to 9pm, at Núcleo de Casas Enxaimel. For children, the attractions will be a typical band, various games and a train ride.
The last day of the best kerb in the region will be at Sociedade de Canto Harmonia. There, there will be a Dinner Ball, at 8:30 pm, and the traditional Baile da Saudade, at 10 pm. The 29th Curb in Ivoti will close at midnight.
