Randon has 140 job vacancies open at the Caxias do Sul unit. The hires are for the position of Implement Assembler and Welder, at different levels. Those interested in participating in the selection can register until January 15th through the online platform carreiras.randoncorp.com.
On Tuesday, January 9th, there will be a day of special in-person assistance, for those who wish to clarify doubts about the selection process and also bring their CV in person. The shift will operate from 8am to 5pm, at RAVI Medicina Corporativa, located at Rua Bento Gonçalves, 2,740, São Pelegrino neighborhood, in Caxias do Sul.
The requirements vary depending on the level of each vacancy, but, for all, the candidate must have at least completed primary education, a LID and Metrology course, in addition to a course or previous work experience in welding.
The vacancies are for three work shifts: shift 1, from 7:12 am to 5 pm; shift 2, from 5pm to 2:12am; and shift 3 – Monday, 00:00 to 07:12, Tuesday to Friday, from 02:12 to 07:12, Saturday, from 02:12 to 12:48.
The company also opens specific vacancies for practical welding training, with certification, for candidates who are interested in working in the role, but do not yet have a course. To apply for this selection, basic requirements are to have primary education and a LID and Metrology course.
