Daniel Klafke a dynamic businessman from Leopoldo, was elected president of the Commercial, Industrial, Services and Technology Association of São Leopoldo for the period from 2024 to 2025. The election took place this Wednesday, the 13th, in the association’s auditorium, where Klafke was elected by acclaim.
Klafke, who previously held the position of Vice President of Technology, expressed his gratitude for the invitation made by Felipe, the current president. He highlighted the importance of the association for the city of São Leopoldo and mentioned future challenges, such as municipal elections, preparations for the Bicentenary of German Immigration and revitalization works in the center and neighborhoods.
Internally, Klafke plans to invite board members to review the Strategic Planning, with the aim of further strengthening member companies, which is the Association’s main mission. He highlighted that an association is a living organism, which adapts to changes in people, the market and demands.
Felipe Feldmann, the current president, thanked the support he received during his administration and highlighted the association’s representation among members, other entities and public authorities. Feldmann, who will take office in January 2024, will assume the presidency of the Advisory Board, made up of former presidents, a position currently held by Siegfried Koelln.
The election was led by Vilhiam Herzer dos Santos, Legal advisor; and Maiara Fangueiro, executive manager of ACIST-SL.
