OI Fashion Outlet Novo Hamburgo completes ten years of success in 2023. The first premium outlet in the South of the country, which marked Iguatemi SA’s entry into this segment, has consolidated itself as one of the main shopping centers in Rio Grande do Sul, attracting customers from all over Brazil.
Since its opening, the outlet has brought more than 100 new brands to the region and reaches the end of 2023 with its full occupancy rate. Currently, the enterprise has more than 150 operations, such as Adidas, NBA Store, Calvin Klein, Hugo Boss, Nike, SunglassHut, The North Face, Track & Field, Puma and Lacoste, among others, with discounts of up to 70% from January to January.
In the coming months, the venture will open four more new operations, including an international brand. “The results show that our investment was a success. Located on the banks of BR-116, between Porto Alegre and Gramado, the project welcomed around 35 million people in the last decade and joined the region’s tourism route, helping to liven up the surrounding area. “Around 400,000 visitors pass through here every month, with a heavy flow, especially on weekends. We have become a must-stop reference, regardless of promotional dates”, comments Luiz Felipe Pereira, general manager of I Fashion Outlet Novo Hamburgo.
At the same time, the outlet also invests in events to attract visitors. In recent months, within the ten-year program, unprecedented and exclusive actions were carried out in the region, such as the anchored balloon flight, the PUC Itinerant Museum and Made in Fogo, which took thousands of people to the site. “We seek to go beyond convenience to deliver a complete experience for our customers, also being the stage for good times for the whole family”, concludes the general manager.
