This Sunday (26th) Estância Velha held Partiu Natureza, organized by the Secretariat of Security, Sport and Wellbeing (SESEBE) and the Municipal Sports Coordination (CMD), in partnership with Sesc. The activity brought together around 300 people, providing leisure, sport and connection with nature.
The event is already traditional in Estância Velha and registrations were quickly filled. The walk began at the Cultural Activities Pavilion (PAC), in the Center, where participants completed accreditation and collected their t-shirts. Even before leaving, Sesc and the City Hall held a warm-up and distributed water and fruit to those registered.
The route passed through the Center, on Avenida Presidente Lucena and went up a trail, passing through the town called Toca dos Bugres, where the group passed through streams, bumps, some obstacles and beautiful landscapes. “This is a very popular event, the community really likes it and many have already participated in all the editions”, points out the CMD coordinator, Ivair José de Oliveira.
