Ingredients:
500g potato balls
Thyme sprigs to taste
Parsley leaves to taste
Basil leaves to taste
Rosemary sprigs to taste
refined salt
Black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons of Soya Sunflower Oil (30 ml)
Preparation mode:
Peel and cut the potato balls in half. Cover with water and cook until al dente. Stick the sprigs of rosemary, thyme, parsley and basil leaves onto the potatoes. Grease the pan with oil and a brush. Arrange the potatoes with the herbs side down. Season with salt and pepper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes or until golden.
Tips:
If you prefer, use only one of the herbs at a time.
