One of the most popular reggae bands in the country, the band Maskavo announces the release of the EP “Maskavo Terra Multicor”, composed of four new works and a re-recording of the classic “Tocando em Frente”. A conceptual work focusing on songs with more spiritual themes such as “Perto de Deus” and “São lorge” with the idea of diversifying the subjects covered in the lyrics. The track “Vasto Litoral” is one that all Maskavo fans will enjoy as it represents the group’s most striking and fun works. To close the listening session, the track “Falando Sério” with a romantic and mature taste. The songs were recorded in São Paulo at RootSans Estúdio.

After 23 years on the road, Chimarruts is experiencing a completely new moment in her career. They recently went on a tour across Europe, presenting the best of Brazilian reggae in Barcelona, Madrid, Lisbon, Porto, Geneva and Dublin. Back in Brazil, they announce the release of the music video for their first single from a series of new songs that promise to make up the repertoire of their new EP. “Bom dia” arrives welcoming this new moment for the group, bringing that feeling of desire for good news, of believing that today will be different, full of optimism, the song is completely inspired by the “internal sun” that dawns with each one of us every day, and the photography in the clip is no exception.
The track, which is now available on all streaming channels through OneRPM’s digital distribution, carries the signatures of Sander Fróis (guitarist, singer and composer of the band), Guga Fernandes and Daniel Ragon in the composition, the musical production is by Chimarruts and the producers Zé Natálio and Lucas Riccordi, and was recorded in Porto Alegre at the Nektar studio. The mix and master are by Gustavo Breier and executive production by businessman Felipe Di Martino.
