Ingredients:
2 envelopes of unflavored colorless gelatin
10 tablespoons of water
500ml of NINHO® Forti+ Whole Liquid Milk
1 MOÇA® Milk (can or box) 395g
1 glass of coconut milk (200ml)
1 box of NESTLÉ® Milk Cream
1 package of grated dry coconut (100g)
Preparation mode:
In a container, start by hydrating the gelatin with water. Wait for it to harden and microwave for 15 seconds until it becomes liquid again. Reserve.
In a blender, blend all the ingredients – except the grated coconut – including the reserved gelatin.
Transfer to a round pan with a central hole (22 cm in diameter), greased with oil or butter, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Unmold, top with grated coconut and serve.
