Ingredients:
1 cup of black-eyed peas;
1 small onion;
1 clove of garlic;
Salt to taste;
Palm oil for frying.
Preparation mode:
Leave the beans to soak for a few hours and drain;
Blend the beans, onion, garlic and salt in the processor until it forms a dough;
Shape into dumplings and fry in the air fryer at 180°C for around 15 – 20 minutes, turning them halfway through.
