Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts;
2 tablespoons of honey;
2 teaspoons of curry powder;
1 teaspoon of saffron;
1 teaspoon of powdered ginger;
1 teaspoon of garlic powder;
Salt and pepper to taste;
1 cup of coconut milk;
Fresh coriander for garnish.
Preparation mode:
Season the chicken breasts with honey, curry powder, turmeric, ginger powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper. In a frying pan, brown the chicken breasts on both sides. Add the coconut milk to the skillet. Cook over medium heat until the chicken is completely cooked.
Serve the chicken over rice or quinoa, drizzled with the sauce and garnished with fresh cilantro.
