The Santa Maria Department of Education has registrations open for Youth and Adult Education (EJA) in the Municipal Network in the 2024 school year. EJA covers everything from literacy to teaching integrated with professional courses for bakers, administrative assistants, agricultural producers and computer operator.
To register, students must access the City Hall website. The student must choose the stage that meets their learning needs. Students who have already completed elementary school (up to 9th grade) cannot register.
The candidate must fill in all the data requested in the Registration Form. In total, nine schools in the Municipal Network have the EJA modality, which has classes at night (see the list below).
Students will be notified of the vacancy assignment via the email registered when registering or via telephone numbers. More information can be obtained from the EJA Enrollment Center, by telephone (55) 3174-1510 – option 7, or by email at [email protected].

Given the need to organize assignments for Municipal Schools that offer the Youth and Adult Education modality of Santa Maria, the zoning criterion of proximity of the school to the student’s address will be considered.
Necessary documents (photocopies) to confirm registration:
– Student identity card;
– Student CPF;
– Proof of residence or proof of residence with the name of those responsible, if the student is a minor;
– A 3×4 photo of the student.
In the case of students in the target audience of Special Education (High abilities/Giftedness; Autism Spectrum Disorder; Deafness, hearing, visual, physical, intellectual or multiple disabilities, deafblindness), present the Medical Report with ICD, if applicable.

If the student is interested in signing up for the EJA integrated with the professional course, they must indicate (in order of interest) two different options. This indication is mandatory.
