Ingredients:
1 bunch of arugula
200g cherry tomatoes
half a cup of large green olives
half a cup of whole walnuts
10 slices of salami
8 dates
Preparation mode:
On a large plate, start by arranging the arugula leaves in a circular shape, like a garland. Then add the decorations with the tomatoes, olives and nuts.
Make a flower with the salami slices, place it on top and finish with the dates around it. Serve with your preferred sauce.
