O Seven Municipal Football Championship is about to start in Esteio, and expectations are high! With resources from Municipal Fund to Support Sports Activities (FMAAD), the competition will start this Thursday, the 9th, at 7:30 pm. The Liga Esteiense de Futebol Sete (LEF7) teamed up with the Gaucho Federation of Sports Courts (FGQE) to bring an exciting tournament.
Championship Details
- Categories: The championship will feature 31 timesdivided into four categories:
- Free Force
- Master 40
- Sub-12
- Sub-15
- Opening Games: The first clashes will take place between athletes from Warriors e SER Stylusin the Under-12 category Sports Base (Rua José Bonifácio, 121 – Liberdade). Right away, Santa Teresa e Bayer Garden will face each other for Master 40. The last two duels of the night will be between San José e 185and between Sporting e The House of Gorgesboth by Força Livre.
- Game Locations: Besides the Arena Trianon (Av. Luiz Pasteur, 8195 – Três Marias), which will host the games on Thursday and Friday nights, the finals are scheduled for December 17th, starting at 12pm, at Sun7 Premium Events (Rua Sen. Salgado Filho, 2223 – Parque Amador).

FGQE received R$ 30,6 mil of FMAAD notice 2023/2 for organizing the championship in partnership with LEF7. In addition, nine other projects were also included, totaling R$ 113,3 mil applied to sports initiatives by producers in Estei. A valuable incentive for local sport!
