Ingredients:
- 500 grams of tofu
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- Basil Leaves
- Bamboo toothpicks
Preparation mode:
First, cut the tofu into finger-thick cubes. Wash the cherry tomatoes and basil leaves and set aside. Take the bamboo stick and first place the diced tofu, then the cherry tomato and lastly the basil leaf, making several units. Assemble on a plate and serve with sauces of your choice.
