Ingredients:
risotto
3 cloves of minced garlic
1 onion
500g NESTLÉ® Rustic Cut Oats
80 ml of white wine
2l of natural legume broth
3 zucchini
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of ground black pepper
1 pinch of spicy paprika
Bechamel sauce
250ml NATURE´S HEART® Oat Vegetable Drink
20g wheat flour
30g olive oil
1 teaspoon of nutmeg powder
Preparation mode:
risotto
In a pan, sauté the garlic and onion in olive oil. Add the oats and let them toast well. Add the white wine and let it evaporate well. Add the broth little by little and cook until the oats are soft. Cut the zucchini into slices. Grill the zucchini and cut into cubes.
Bechamel sauce
In a pan, heat the olive oil and wheat flour. Add the vegetable drink and stir until it thickens. Reserve.
Assembly
Add the zucchini and sauce to the risotto pan. Mix and serve.
