Shopping Pelotas is pleased to announce that it will host Torresmo Fest, the largest and most pioneering gastronomic festival in Brazil. This four-day culinary event, taking place from November 2nd to 5th, promises to be a celebration of Brazilian cuisine, with a focus on delicious and versatile pork.
A gastronomic celebration
Renowned chef Adan Garcia, a pork specialist, will be in charge of the kitchen, preparing a variety of dishes ranging from the most popular to the most sophisticated. Visitors can expect delicacies such as pork knuckle, suckling pig, baião de Dois, carreteiro, Crackling rolls, pork ribs, pancetta and many other delicacies. The festival will be open from 12pm to 10pm, giving visitors enough time to savor all the delicacies on offer.
But Torresmo Fest isn’t just about food. The event will also feature a diverse musical program with local artists and covers ranging from pop rock to country music. In addition, more than 20 exhibitors will be present at the event, offering a variety of ice creams, churros, snacks and a selection of craft draft beers and premium beers.
Torresmo Fest is a free event and welcomes pets. It’s a perfect opportunity for culinary lovers to explore a wide range of dishes and flavors.
Michelle Flores, Marketing Coordinator at Shopping Pelotas, is optimistic about the festival taking place. “The event has been a success in all the cities it has been to. It’s a great option for the holiday or weekend. Furthermore, visitors can enjoy our mix of stores and options in the Food Court”, explains Flores.
