Ingredients:
Massa
- 30 grams of organic yeast
- 20 grams of sugar
- 1 gram of salt
- 250 ml of warm milk
- 20 grams of soybean oil
- 3 whole eggs
- 700 grams of wheat flour
- 50 grams of grated cheese
Filling
- 150 grams of margarine
- 100 grams of canned cream
- 200 grams of coarsely grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation mode:
In a bowl, mix the yeast with the sugar and salt. Then add the milk, cheese, eggs, oil and flour. Knead the dough well and let it rise until it doubles in size. Mix the cream, butter and parmesan cheese until it forms a homogeneous filling.
After the dough has rested for 1 hour, roll it out with a rolling pin, spread the filling and roll it up like a roulade. Divide the roulade into 10 equal parts and place in a greased pudding mold, placing the slices standing upright. Let it rise again and put it in the preheated oven at 180º C for about 30 minutes or more if necessary.
