Ingredients:
Mashed potato
300g pumpkin, peeled and cut into cubes
half a cup (tea) of NINHO® Zero Lactose Powder
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon of salt
1 pinch of black pepper
2 tablespoons chopped green chilli
Shredded beef
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 chopped onion
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
300g of hard drumstick
half a cup of tomato sauce
1 teaspoon chopped green chilli
Preparation mode:
Mashed potato
In a pan, cook the pumpkin with water until soft. Then, take it to the processor with the powdered milk, olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Process until creamy. Finish with the green scent.
Shredded beef
In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic and sauté until golden and aromatic. Add the meat and pressure cook for 20 minutes until it is fully cooked and shredded.
Season with salt and pepper, add the tomato sauce and cook for a few more minutes so the flavors blend well. Finish with green scent. Serve with pumpkin puree.
