Hugo Cantergiani Regional Airport, in an effort to improve and expand services offered to the community and promote business and tourism, announces a new direct route between Caxias do Sul and Florianópolis. Gol, operator of the route, will start with two weekly flights on Saturdays between the Caxias do Sul terminal and Florianópolis – Hercílio Luz International Airport. Ticket sales begin this Tuesday (24/10).
The inaugural flight is scheduled for December 16, with an estimated flight time of just over an hour. The aircraft should arrive in Caxias do Sul at 8:30 am and take off at 9:10 am, landing in the capital of Santa Catarina at 10:20 am. On the 16th, exceptionally, three flights are scheduled to depart from Caxias do Sul at 9:10 am, 1:15 pm and 5:05 pm.
On other Saturdays, flights will depart the city at 9:10 am and 5:05 pm (in December) and at 1:15 pm and 5:05 pm (in January 2024). Departures from Floripa Airport to Caxias will be at 7:15 am and 3:10 pm, also on Saturdays.
Operations are initially scheduled for the months of December 2023 and January 2024.
