One of the new products is the Crème Brûlée panettone, the result of a partnership with Le Cordon Bleu, known since 1895 for its French cuisine techniques and teaching haute cuisine. The Italian recipe with natural fermentation dough with cashew nut praline is filled with crème brulée and covered with white chocolate, praline and brulée sugar.

Another new addition is the Arancia & Cioccolato Genoese panettone, filled with candied oranges and chocolate drops. The Genoese version is a shorter, wider and more buttery panettone than the traditional one. The brand also relaunches the Baileys panettone, filled with Baileys Irish cream and covered with caramel chocolate.

In the Zero Sugar version, Ofner offers the Tradicional de Frutas Zero Açúcar panettones, filled with candied fruits and raisins, without added sugar; the Chocolate Mousse with Zero Sugar Chocolate Drops, filled with semi-sweet chocolate drops, with chocolate cream and covered with milk chocolate, without added sugar; and Bites Gotas de Chocolate, small pieces of chocolate chip panettone covered with milk chocolate, without added sugar.
In the Genoese version, in addition to the Arancia & Cioccolato launch, another successful flavor is Apricot and Dates. It is filled with dates, plums, apricots, oranges and a sugary topping of cashews and almonds.
