Teatro Unisinos will open its doors for the first edition of Ecosys (un)Summit, scheduled for October 20th, from 9am to 6pm. The event is an initiative of Ecosys (un)Holding, a group of companies that is part of the Unitec Technological Park ecosystem and is headquartered at the Unisinos Campus in Porto Alegre.
The meeting seeks to foster a culture of innovation that results in transformative ideas for the creative economy. To this end, it will bring together distinguished experts from different areas to debate multidisciplinarity and transdisciplinarity in the pillars of Science, Art and Spirituality, which play an important role in understanding life phenomena.
The Ecosys (un)Summit will be attended by thinkers from different fields of knowledge such as the dean of the Federal University of Health Sciences of Porto Alegre (UFCSPA) Lúcia Pellanda; Brother Marcelo Barros, Benedictine monk, writer and theologian; Lua Couto, founder of Futuro Possível and researcher of ecological narratives; Lúcia Torres, teacher, writer and therapist; Luciana Bazanella, co-founder of White Rabbit, researcher and emerging stories enthusiast; Negra Jaque, rap singer; Mãe Bia, mother of saint, educator and president of a samba school; Monk Kokai, Zen Buddhist nun and clinical psychologist.
The founder of Ecosys, Cesar Paz, will act as mediator of the debate, which will be hosted by Gustavo Borba, professor and director of the Institute for Innovation in Education at Unisinos. Furthermore, singer and composer Vitor Ramil will be the musical attraction of the event.
