Ingredients:
· Seedless baby watermelon, cut in half and pulp removed
· ½ cup of yellow pitaya or dragon fruit, cut into medium cubes
· ½ cup mango in medium cubes
· ½ cup of blueberries
· ½ cup pineapple in medium cubes
· ½ cup of kiwi in medium cubes
· 1 cup of watermelon in medium cubes
· 5 envelopes of Sol flavorless red gelatin
· 300 ml of hot water
· 500 ml of cold lemonade, already sweetened to taste
Preparation mode:
Position the two parts of the watermelon on a counter so that they look like bowls. Divide and place all the fruits inside the watermelon and set aside. Completely dilute the unflavored red gelatin in 300 ml of hot water. Add the lemonade to the gelatin and mix well. Pour the gelatin over the fruits and refrigerate for about 1 hour. Remove from the refrigerator and cut into slices to consume.
