Sinduscon Caxias is preparing the Civil Construction Summit 2023, which will bring together the most influential leaders and professionals in the real estate market on the stage of the CIC Caxias auditorium. The event will be on October 26th, from 2pm to 6pm, with an estimated audience of 250 to 300 people. The objective is to encourage debates and sharing of insights about the current real estate scenario and trends for the coming years.
The meeting begins with the panel that will debate the “Future of the real estate market and the impacts of Tax Reform”, with Renato Correia, President of the Brazilian Chamber of Construction Industry – CBIC and Marcos Mauro Filho, vice-president CBIC/South Region. In Afterwards, participants will be able to hear from Fernando Moliterno, development director at Idea!Zarvos, the developer responsible for the most iconic new architecture projects in São Paulo. He will address “The value of architecture in the development market”. To close, another big name, Caio Lobo – O Incorporador, digital influencer with more than 90 thousand followers on Instagram, instigates the audience with the question: “The real estate market has evolved, and you?”
