The community of the Nossa Senhora das Graças neighborhood participated, this Saturday morning (14), in the 364th edition of Prefeitura na Rua. In total, 308 services were provided, counting all the services offered in the program. During the event, the handover ceremony for the revitalization of Praça Fernando Ferrari was also held.
Resident of the Rio Branco neighborhood, Liamar Almeida, 68 years old, went to the PNR to make a request for Animal Welfare. “This is the first time I have participated and I was very happy with the service. I think the program is very good, it’s an opportunity for the population to face the city’s leaders and leave with everything in place”, he reported.
Jessica Sasso, 27 years old, resident of the Nossa Senhora das Graças neighborhood, took advantage of the PNR to update her registration in the Canoas + Saúde program. “I thought this opportunity was very good and the service was very good, very quick and calm. I had been waiting for over a year to see an ophthalmologist and an ultrasound, so now I think it will be faster,” she commented.
“That’s why we are here, there are 364 Saturdays listening to those who want to help make Canoas a better city. These people often work during the week and are unable to take their demands to City Hall. That is why it is important for us to come to the community, provide assistance and seek solutions”, highlighted Mayor Jairo Jorge.
