Ingredients:
Massa
- 1/2 package (200 g) of Galo Donuts with Milk flavor
- 1/2 cup (100 g) cubed butter
Filling
- 1 pote (300 g) de cream cheese
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 box (200 g) of cream
- 1/2 envelope (12 g) unflavored gelatin
- 1/3 cup (75 ml) water
Roof
- 7 and 1/2 tablespoons (150 g) guava paste
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) water
Preparation mode:
Place the cubed butter in a bowl. Then, grind the milk donuts and add the butter.
Mix well and line the bottom of a mold. In a blender, place the cream cheese, condensed milk, cream, hydrated and heated gelatin and beat well. Pour the filling into the dough and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
For the topping, place the guava paste and water in a pan and let it melt. Unmold the cheesecake and cover with the guava syrup.
