Ingredients:
Massa
6 eggs
1 cup (tea) refined sugar
1 and a half cups (tea) of wheat flour

1 MOÇA® Milk (can or box) 395g
1 glass of coconut milk
1 cup (tea) of NINHO® Forti+ Integral Liquid Milk
1 box of NESTLÉ® Milk Cream

Massa
In a mixer, beat the eggs until they double in volume. Add the sugar little by little and let it beat for another minute and turn off the mixer. Add the wheat flour little by little and mix gently, pour into a round baking dish (22 cm) greased with butter and sprinkled with wheat flour. Bake in a preheated medium oven (180°C) for around 30 minutes. Cut the cake into squares and set aside.
Roof
In a container, mix all the ingredients and set aside. When the cake is ready, unmold it and place it inside a cake lid or a container with high edges (10cm and 24cm in diameter), poke some holes with a fork and drizzle it with the icing. Leave for about 1 hour in the fridge for the dough to absorb the topping well. Decorate with chatily and strawberries.
