Ingredients:
500 g of ground beef duckling
1 medium carrot, grated
1 package of SAZÓN® Tempera & Dá Liga Sabor Tradicional
half a tablespoon of oil
3 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 pinch of salt
half a cup (tea) of water (100 ml)
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Preparation mode:
In a medium bowl, place the ground beef, carrot and seasoning and mix. Divide the dough into 30 equal portions and shape into spheres.
In a large, deep frying pan, add half the oil and place over high heat to heat. Lower the heat, add the meatballs and grill for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden. Remove from heat and keep warm.
In the same frying pan, add the remaining oil and place over high heat to heat. Add the tomato and sauté for 5 minutes, or until it starts to break down and form a sauce. Add salt and water, and cook for 3 minutes, or until it boils.
Add the meatballs, mix and remove from heat. Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
Tip:
Preparing the sauce in the same pan that grills the meatballs makes the sauce incorporate flavors and become more delicious.
The sauce made in the frying pan is an adaptation of the traditional sugo sauce that takes hours to prepare. Cooking is quick, due to the intensity of the flame on the stove and the opening of the frying pan, saving cooking gas, without losing flavor and quality of the recipe.
Including grated carrots in this recipe encourages the consumption of vegetables in your diet, in a tasty way.
