The Business Council is organizing the 18th edition of Salada Night, an event that promises to delight lovers of good food and culture.
From Colony to Center: A Culinary Journey
This year, the theme of the event is “From the colony to the center”. This theme was chosen to honor the rich culinary heritage that has been passed down from generation to generation, from traditional country recipes to their influence on modern cuisine. The event will be held at Restaurante Sica, starting at 7pm.
Preserving Traditions for Future Generations
Participants will have the unique opportunity to explore and rediscover flavors that have been passed down from generation to generation. This event is not only a celebration of gastronomic diversity, but also a reminder of the importance of preserving these traditions for future generations. Several renowned restaurants will participate in Salad Night, offering dishes that refer to the colony’s traditions and the cultural richness that shaped the region’s cuisine. Among the confirmed restaurants, we highlight Altos do Vale, Arcanjo Restaurante, Catna, Confraria Italiana, Marcon Pizzaria, Mercado do Queijo, Q Restaurante, Radisi Bar, Sica, Sky Samuara and Vinho.to.
In addition to savory dishes, sweet shops will also play a special role this night. Sweet shops such as Bonne Santé, Carême Café, Docivete, Fio Dóuro, Marcante – Confeitaria Artesanal and Sorvelândia will present desserts that will further enrich the taste buds of guests.
