Rock de Galpão performs a special show to celebrate its 15 years on the road on October 27th (Friday), at 9pm, at Teatro Bourbon Country, in Porto Alegre. The show will feature the participation of illustrious artists who contributed and shared something of this journey of music and friendship, such as Elton Saldanha, Esteban Tavares, Hique Gomez, Neto Fagundes, Paulinho Cardoso, Rafa Schüler and Renato Borghetti.
The band continued to mix the regional sounds of Southern Latin America with the most contemporary and universal ways of making music. Based on these sounds – such as the milonga, the xote and the chamamé – the group formed by Tiago Ferraz (voice and guitar), Guilherme Gul (drums), Mestre Kó (keyboards and vocals), Gustavo Viegas (double bass) and Guilherme Goulart ( accordion) creates arrangements with influences from rock, reggae, folk, blues and other rhythms, rescuing the work of great authors and composers.
Currently the band is entering a new phase. The path of authorial composition imbued with the same concept, which is the fusion of the traditional and the modern, the appreciation for content and quality verses and the same desire to touch the hearts and minds of his followers and everyone who appreciates good art.
The PACHAMAMA SOUL project will record the trajectory of Rock de Galpão in a documentary, which closes the band’s concert circuit across the state in Porto Alegre.
