Ingredients:
- 2 water or dwarf bananas, very ripe
- 2 (soup) spoons of Yoki Oat Flakes
- 2 tablespoons pure cocoa powder (100% chocolate powder)
- 1 unpeeled apple, chopped
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup (coffee) brown sugar, or use culinary sweetener to taste
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
Preparation mode:
In a blender, beat the bananas and eggs, beating well so that there is no smell. Then add the other ingredients (except the apple) and blend. When you finish beating, add the finely chopped apple to the dough. Place the dough in the cupcake molds and bake in the preheated oven at 190° C for 20 minutes. Serve after cooling.
