Ingredients:
Massa
- 1 package of Maisena Galo Biscuits 360g
- 1/4 stick of butter
- 1 ovo
Filling
- 400 grams of fresh cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup (tea) sugar
- 1 cup (tea) fresh cream
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- Zest of 2 lemons
Jelly
- 1 kilo of jabuticaba
- 1 liter of water
- 1 cup (tea) sugar
Preparation mode:
Massa
Crush the biscuits, mix with the butter and egg, and line the bottom of a springform pan. Mix all the ingredients and place over the dough. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C until the filling is firm, for 45 minutes. Let cool and unmold.
Jelly
Place the jabuticabas in the pan along with the water, let it boil for 15 minutes. Place in a sieve and mash with a spoon. Return the liquid to the pan, add the sugar and cook for 40 minutes over low heat. Let it cool and cover the pie with the jam.
