Call for Restoration Proposals
The Novo Hamburgo Municipal Department of Culture is accepting proposals for the restoration of the Mayer School – Casa da Lomba, a heritage site located at Rua João Aloysio Algayer, nº 1625, in Lomba Grande.
Deadline and Place for Submission of Proposals
Interested companies have until 2pm on October 10th this year to submit the necessary documentation to the Purchasing and Tenders Department, located in the Leopoldo Petry Administrative Center (Rua Guia Lopes, nº 4201, in Bairro Canudos – 8th floor).
Who Can Participate
All legal entities that meet the requirements of the notice, carry out activities compatible with the requested object and are registered in the General Register of Bidders with the Municipality are invited to participate.

This bidding project is in accordance with Agreement No. 807/2022 FPE, signed between the Municipality of Novo Hamburgo and the Public Ministry of Rio Grande do Sul (MPRS) for the execution of the restoration of Casa da Lomba, with resources from of the Injured Assets Reconstitution Fund (FRBL).
