Instituto Hélice – a non-profit institution that works on open innovation in Serra Gaúcha, has a new president as of October 1st. It is João Paulo Pohl Ledur, who replaces Felipe Corradi after two years of work. The decision was approved in an assembly last week.
Graduated in Administration with an MBA in Business Management, Ledur has worked at Marcopolo for over 20 years, where he holds the position of director of Strategy and Digital Transformation. For the company, he worked in South Africa for seven years, in addition to being director of Volare and Neobus.
Ledur takes over in the fourth phase of the Institute, which completed five years in September. In the next stage, the focus will be on expanding Hélice’s operations, making more connections with entities, developing micro and small businesses, expanding the School of Innovation and prospecting a new investment fund in startups.

And there are nine supporters: Associação Gaúcha de Startups, Centro Empresarial Flores da Cunha, Cnex, Conexo, Semente, Sindmóveis Bento Gonçalves, Trino Polo and Ventiur.
