Ingredients:
– 400 g of cottage cheese
– 3 tablespoons of herbs (thyme, rosemary and parsley)
– Salt to taste
– ½ package of Piraquê Multigrain Toast
– 2 avocados, thinly sliced
– Olive oil to finish
Preparation mode:
In a bowl mix the cottage cheese with the herbs and salt. Place a portion of the seasoned cottage cheese on each toast and add the avocado. Finish with a drizzle of olive oil and serve immediately.
