Ingredients:
400g Isabela Maizena Biscuit
170g sugar
8 excited
400g margarine
600g of cream
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
390g condensed milk
24g of colorless gelatin
Preparation mode:
Beat the sugar, egg yolks and margarine in a mixer until it becomes a white and fluffy cream. Add the cream, vanilla essence and condensed milk. Hydrate the colorless gelatin with 10 tablespoons of water. Mix the gelatin into the cream and set aside. Process 200g of cornstarch biscuits and set aside.
Assembly
In a mold with a removable bottom: place a layer of cornstarch cookies, add the vanilla cream. Layer until the shape is finalized. Place in the fridge for 1 hour, until set. Unmold and decorate with crumbs and cookies. Serve.
