Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 cups of arborio rice tea
- 1/2 cup of Campo Largo Dry White Wine
- 1 liter of hot meat broth
- 1 dessert spoon of butter
Preparation mode:
In a pan, add the olive oil and sauté the grated onion and garlic. After that, add the rice and white wine. Mix. Add the hot beef broth, butter, salt and black pepper to taste. Finally, add the cheeses (provolone, mozzarella and gorgonzola). The rice needs to be soft, but firm and with a soggy appearance.
