Rimowa and Tiffany & Co. have launched a collection that includes a new RIMOWA x Tiffany & Co. Jewelry Case, a RIMOWA x Tiffany & Co. Rock Cut Cabin Suitcase, and a RIMOWA x Tiffany & Co. Personal Jewelry Case.
The RIMOWA x Tiffany & Co. jewelry case features a “Rock Cut” artwork that reflects the unique facets of a diamond – a nod to Tiffany & Co.’s legendary designs – offering an intriguing and tactile experience when interacting with the surface aluminum with moldings – a RIMOWA feature. Made in Germany using a brushed aluminum technique, the distinctive “Rock Cut” design features a subtle nod to the famous jewelry house, with its iconic “T” artfully inscribed into the pattern.
The new Jewelry Case features Tiffany Blue® throughout its interior, handle and seal. Made to protect precious jewelry at home or while traveling, the case has three levels. Opening from the top for easy access, travelers will first find a large mirror with a silver plate underneath that can be engraved.
The case opens to a sealed tray at the top with five compartments for storing rings and other jewelry. With specially created leather rings, the middle tray is designed to store necklaces and bracelets, while the bottom tray features three large spaces designed to store precious pieces.
The RIMOWA x Tiffany & Co. Rock Cut Cabin suitcase also features the artistic “Rock Cut” pattern. To complete the design, the Classic suitcase gets a new look with handles, luggage tag and wheels in Tiffany Blue®. The interior of the bag is also embellished with the iconic hue, with Tiffany Blue® handles and leather details with the logos of both brands.
RIMOWA’s signature polycarbonate entirely takes on the Tiffany Blue® color in the creation of the new RIMOWA x Tiffany & Co. Jewelry Personal collection. Adopting a new function, the interior of the bag – which is harmoniously matched with the distinctive hue – features six jewelry compartments to store your most precious belongings while traveling. Its exterior features the RIMOWA and Tiffany & Co. logos in the center, inscribed between two strips of Tiffany Blue leather.
