Ingredients:
- 20 cornstarch cookies
- 4 cookies
- 2 tablespoons of chocolate powder
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 can of cream
- ½ cup lemon juice
Preparation mode:
Grind the cornstarch biscuits with the cookies and chocolate in a blender until you get crumbs. Pour into a bowl, little by little, add the melted butter and mix. Reserve. Distribute in cups. Blend the remaining ingredients in the blender. Distribute the farofa into cups, then pour in the mousse. Refrigerate for at least two hours. Decorate to taste, preferably with lemon zest, and serve chilled.
