Ingredients:
Massa
- 1 package of Renata Coco Cake Mix;
- 1/2 cup (tea) grated coconut.
Hot
- 1 bottle (200 ml) of coconut milk;
- 1 cup (tea) of milk;
- 1 can of condensed milk.
Roof
- 1 cup (tea) of grated coconut.
Preparation mode:
Preheat the oven to 180ºC, prepare the cake batter according to the instructions on the package and, at the end, mix in the grated coconut. Bake according to package instructions.
In a medium pan, over low heat, add all the syrup ingredients and stir until it boils, then turn off the heat and set aside.
While the cake is still hot, poke holes with a fork and pour the still warm syrup all over the cake, leaving it very wet.
Place the grated coconut on the cake, cover with aluminum foil and refrigerate for at least 6 hours. Cut and serve.
