Ingredients:
2 packs of Lasagna Adria 500g
400g of laminated mozzarella
3 pieces of chopped onion
3 cloves of minced garlic
100ml of olive oil
100 ml of tomato sauce
1 piece of chopped green pepper
2 tablespoons chopped coriander
1 kg of ground meat
salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Preparation mode:
In a pan, put the oil, chopped onion and garlic. Let it braise. Add the ground beef seasoned with chopped coriander, salt, black pepper to taste and let it cook and be very dry. Add tomato sauce. Rectify the salt and pepper of the kingdom if necessary. In a pan with hot water and salt, quickly cook the dough for about 2 minutes and set aside.
Assembly
Make layers of ground beef, mozzarella cheese and pasta (the last one should be pasta). Finish with some tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese. Take it to the preheated oven at 180º until the cheese melts and gratins. Finally, serve.
