At the end of July, two important events to value rural people take place in Parobé: Festa do Colono 2023 and the 16th Festa do Carro de Boi. Promoted by the Association of Rural Producers and Fish Farmers of Parobé (Aprop), with the support of the City Hall, the events will take place on the 29th and 30th of July, at the Parque Esportivo Azaleia. The program includes several activities, such as a cattle parade, musical performances and much more.
Valuing the settler as the main focus of the event, mayor Diego Picucha highlights the concern to offer a quality party for the city’s residents. He points out: “Our goal is to preserve tradition and hold an event that values farmers”.
The schedule of the July festivities in Parobé starts on Saturday (29), at 2 pm, with a parade of the 16th Festa do Carro de Boi through the city. The initiative should bring together around 100 carters who will leave the CTG Azaleia and circulate through the city center.
On Sunday (30), at the Settler’s Party, from 11:30 am, there is a typical colony lunch, with cards for adults at R$ 45.00 and for children from 8 to 12 years old at R$ 20.00. They can be purchased in advance with APROP, by calling 51 99882-8703. Soon after, at 2 pm, the fun is on account of Flavio Dalcin and Banda Ouro, at 4:15 pm, a show by Tchê Garotos, and, at 6:30 pm, a show with Banda Portal New.
