- 10 Kitano cloves
- 3 Chinese Cinnamon Bark in Kitano Bark
- 1 liter of milk
- 1 glass of coconut milk (200 ml)
- 1 can of condensed milk
- ¼ cup brown sugar (tea)
Preparation mode:
Soak the hominy in water for 3 hours. Then cook the mungunzá recipe for 45 minutes in a pressure cooker. Transfer the cooked yellow hominy to another pan. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. Serve your mugunzá recipe hot or cold.
