RodOil, the fifth largest fuel distributor in the country, is entering the convenience store market with its own franchise network: Trishop. The official launch takes place this July, with the proposal to offer customers products of quality, variety and practicality.
An expanding market
According to the Brazilian Association of Supermarkets, the convenience store segment has untapped potential in Brazil. Of the more than 40,000 existing gas stations in the country, only 20% have this service. In other countries, such as the United States, this percentage reaches 94%.
Trishop intends to take advantage of this opportunity and become a reference in the sector. The expectation is that, in three years, more than 100 stores will be operating throughout the national territory. For this, the network offers four store models for franchisees, who can choose the one that best fits their space, public and region.
Four models for different profiles
A Trishop Smart It is the most compact model, ideal for small spaces and quick service. A Trishop Super it is a modern and welcoming model, which guarantees a more varied mix of products. A Trishop Master it is a more complete and attractive model, which explores a wider range of options. And Trishop Premium is a model focused on a more demanding public, who seeks comfort and experience.
The estimated investment value for a Trishop franchise varies between R$160,000 and R$400,000, depending on the model chosen and the size of the store. The average term for return on invested capital is up to 27 months.
Support and partnership
RodOil offers full support to Trishop franchisees, from analysis of the commercial point to business management. The network has facilitated negotiation with suppliers, constant training for employees, guidance on marketing actions and social networks, among other benefits.
RodOil is a company founded in 2006 in Caxias do Sul/RS, which operates in seven Brazilian states.
