Encantado, a city located in the Taquari Valley, is about to take an important step towards educational excellence. On Saturday, July 8th, from 9am to 12pm, the city will hold a ceremony in the main auditorium of Sicredi Região dos Vales to officially launch its Municipal Pact for Education.
The event will bring together representatives of public authorities, civil society, the private sector and universities, presenting the vision of the future and the macrochallenges of education, which were prepared collaboratively. Encantado’s goal is to stand out as a national and international reference through innovative practices that have been implemented for over a year.
Collaboration as a hallmark of the Municipal Pact for Education
One of the most striking features of the Municipal Pact for Education in Encantado is collaboration. The process of building the pact has relied on the participation of all sectors of society, including teachers, students, parents and other members of the school community. Even before the pact was made official, the city, which has a population of 22,962 inhabitants, had already started significant changes to improve the educational system.
Innovative practices drive educational transformation
Encantado has stood out for the implementation of innovative practices in the educational field. The city has already integrated 50% of the municipal public education network with innovative pedagogical activities, provided the installation of state-of-the-art maker laboratories, trained all elementary school teachers to adopt innovative practices based on evidence, carried out hiring according to the Legal Framework for startups and initiated the complete digital transformation of educational services.
Vision of the future and inspirational speech at the signing event
During the signing ceremony of the Municipal Pact for Education, the CEO of Wise Innovation, Paulo Renato Ardenghi, will present the vision of the future for the next 10 years and the macrochallenges of education, which were collaboratively defined in a workshop held in May. In addition, the event will feature the lecture “The future of education and education for the future”, given by Daniel Sperb, C-Level executive and passionate about innovation, technology and leadership. Sperb is Vice President of Innovation at Atitus Educação and has participated in renowned events such as TEDx, South Summit Brasil, Gramado Summit, Concred and EsaRh.
The municipality of Encantado is determined to transform its educational reality through partnerships, innovative practices and an inspiring vision of the future. By launching the Municipal Pact for Education, the city seeks to stand out as a reference in the field of education, both nationally and internationally.
