Customers who visit Iguatemi Porto Alegre with their pets now have an exclusive space for them: the Pet Stop, located on the 1st floor of the mall, opposite the Nike store. The goal is to make the experience of tutors and pets more comfortable and fun.
Pet Stop is furniture that provides essential items for a walk with animals, such as plastic bags to collect feces, wet wipes, gel alcohol and water pots. All free and easily accessible.

In addition to basic items, the space also has transport carts for pets, which can be used inside the mall. The collection of the trolley is done through the Iguatemi Porto Alegre application, in a simple and quick way.
“The Pet Stop is yet another way of welcoming customers who visit the mall with their pets. A care that reinforces Iguatemi’s pet friendly culture and shows that everyone is welcome and deserves all the care”, says the mall’s marketing manager, Cristina Maggi.
Pilot project
Pet Stop is a pilot project by Iguatemi Porto Alegre, which asks for the public’s collaboration with suggestions for improvements and adaptations in the space. According to Cristina, the Pet Stop will serve as a model for implementation and standardization in the other units of the Iguatemi Empresa de Shopping Centers.
