”… the person who assisted me said that ‘it wasn’t two’ and that there were people with more serious conditions to be attended to”, denounces the patient’s daughter.
Still according to the complaint, Eliane says that she returned to where her father was, already showing pallor, and asked him to sit down.
”When he sat down, he already fell faint. They tried to revive him when they saw the seriousness of the situation, but there was no way”, lamented the still emotional woman.
A witness recorded the exact moment that the daughter, mother and other patients rescued the fallen man and placed him on the stretcher. The merchant cries in distress.
“It was very sad to see my mother pick him up from the floor and put him on the stretcher… we say he’s having a heart attack and they omitted to answer”, reflected the daughter. She pointed out that the unit was empty at the time.
The complainant also says that the unit did not want to present the death report and registered the case with the Civil Police.

Sesau responded to the questions and contested the complainant’s version. The agency detailed that the patient was admitted by his own means at 2:15 am and suffered cardiorespiratory arrest at 2:18 am. Aid to the victim, with a maneuver known as “CPR” began at 2:20 am. Death was confirmed at 2:45 am.
