Ingredients:
- 100g of Barilla Farfalline
- 400g of cassava
- 200g cooked and shredded dried meat
- 1/2 carrot
- 1/2 onion
- 1/2 leek
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 seedless chili pepper
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Parsley
Preparation mode:
Cook the cassava, peeled and chopped into large pieces, in salted water until it softens. Drain the cassava and reserve the heated cooking water. In a deep pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil and sauté the shredded jerky. Add chopped carrots, onions and garlic and brown well.
Add the minced garlic and pepper and sauté for 1 minute! Add 500ml of reserved water. When it starts to boil, add the pasta. With 2 minutes left for the dough to be ready, add the cooked and mashed cassava. Stir until the dough is cooked. Finish with chopped parsley and adjust salt and pepper if necessary. Serve.
