Ingredients:
– 500 g of pre-cooked hominy
– 400 g SupraSoy condensed milk
– 1 glass of coconut milk
– 4 spoons (soup) of SupraSoy Original Lactose Free
– 400 ml of water
– 1 piece of cinnamon stick
– 3 carnations
– Peel of 1 orange
– 300 g skinless and toasted peanuts
– 3 tablespoons of sugar
Preparation mode:
In a large pan, mix hominy, condensed milk, coconut milk, SupraSoy already dissolved in water, cinnamon, cloves, orange peel and cook for 30 minutes over low heat. Then remove the orange peel. Let it cool and take it to the fridge. In a processor, grind the peanuts with the sugar until it forms a farofa. When serving, distribute in pots and place the peanut farofa on top.
Tip: you can make farofa with cashew nuts.
