From the 12th to the 16th of July, Bento Gonçalves will become the scene of the Rock Week, offering unforgettable shows. The Municipal Secretariat of Culture (Secult), in partnership with the unit of Sesc de Bento Gonçalves and Celebra Rock, joined forces to perform a series of presentations by different bands, at Fundação Casa das Artes and Rua Coberta.
On July 12th, to open the week in style, Sesc will bring the show by the band Rosa Tattoada – Tour 35 Anos, promising to make the audience sing and dance to the classics of this iconic band from Rio Grande do Sul of national rock. The show will take place at Fundação Casa das Artes, starting at 8 pm.
On July 13th, it will be the turn of Orquestra de Bento to relive its grandiose show “Dinosaurs do Rock” in an epic presentation! This will be a unique opportunity to witness the fusion of rock music with the grandeur of an orchestra. It will be a memorable night, full of emotion and intensity.
The concert will take place at Fundação Casa das Artes, starting at 8 pm, bringing in the repertoire the chords of bands like Black Sabbath, AC/DC, Rush, Yes, in a tribute to the great names of rock ‘n’ roll. The repertoire will also include hits by Queen, The Police, Led Zeppelin, Jethro Tull, Supertramp and Joe Satriani.
On the 15th and 16th of July, starting at 2 pm, “Celebra Rock” will take place on Rua Coberta, with the participation of 12 rock bands that promise to set the stage on fire and liven up the crowd. The event will feature local breweries and food trucks, providing the perfect combination of good music and great flavors. In addition, there will be handicraft exhibitions, a kids and pet space, among other attractions.
