Ingredients:
3 eggs, separated (150 g)
1 can condensed milk (395)
half a cup (tea) of unsalted butter, at room temperature (100 g)
5 tablespoons of wheat flour (50 g)
1 cup (tea) grated parmesan cheese (100 g)
2 packets of grated dried coconut (200 g)
Preparation mode:
In a medium bowl, place the yolks previously passed through the sieve, the whites and beat with the help of a wire whisk (fouet) for half a minute. Add the condensed milk and butter, and mix well. Add the wheat flour, grated cheese and coconut, little by little, stirring until smooth.
Line pie molds (6 cm in diameter) with paper cups and distribute the dough. Take to medium oven (180 degrees), preheated, for 35 minutes, or until golden. Remove from the oven and serve hot or cold.
